What it is

A multi-protocol development platform

One board for LoRaWAN, Wi-Fi, and BLE development.

The Cubicore Devboard is built around an Espressif ESP32-S3 MCU paired with a Semtech SX1262 LoRa transceiver on a RAK3112 module. It provides USB-C power and data, onboard Li-Po charging, and Grove-compatible I2C expansion — everything you need to move from bench prototype to field deployment.

  • LoRaWAN — long-range, low-power connectivity via the SX1262.
  • Wi-Fi — high-bandwidth provisioning and data paths.
  • Bluetooth Low Energy — quick, low-power device setup.
  • USB-C — power and the primary UART path for AT commands and firmware updates.
  • Battery operation — onboard TP4054 Li-Po charging for untethered use.
  • I2C expansion — Grove-compatible headers for plug-and-play sensors and peripherals.
  • Baseplate & Antenna Locker Plate — factory-installed mounting base with RF micro-coaxial strain relief and flexible RST/BOOT button covers.
